Kodak Alaris has enhanced its portfolio of award-winning document scanners with the launch of two powerful, compact models. The Kodak E1030 and E1040 provide superior image quality and a simple user interface for fast, reliable information capture.

These new desktop scanners come with industry-leading services and support, including a three-year advanced unit replacement warranty. They aim to provide reliable productivity and peace of mind. The “Perfect Page” technology ensures high-quality images that surpass the original, and the “Dual Illumination” feature eliminates shadows and artefacts when scanning damaged documents, improving image quality and OCR accuracy. The E1000 Series features USB 3.2 connectivity and an 80-page automatic document feeder (ADF).

The Kodak E1000 Series Scanners’ modest size makes them perfect for desktop use in small to medium-sized organisations, branch offices, front desks, and companies with remote workers. The E1000 Scanners can process up to 40 pages per minute and can scan a range of paper weights and sizes, including hard cards. Specialized document scanning requirements and fragile papers can be accommodated by the inbuilt A4/Legal Size Flatbed Accessory or the optional Passport Accessory.

The Kodak E1030 and E1040 Scanners are easy to set up and use. Office workers can start scanning right out of the box. An intuitive LED control panel makes them easy to integrate into business processes and applications, and Smart Touch technology enables customized scanning workflows with one-touch simplicity.

Joseph Odore, Global Portfolio Marketing Manager at Kodak Alaris said “In today’s era of hybrid working, digital transformation maturity is more tightly tied to business effectiveness and profitability.”

Odore added “Successful digital transformation begins with document capture. The new E1000 Series Scanners make it easy for organizations to convert documents into digital information and deliver data to their systems for greater business efficiency and better customer and employee experiences.”
