LG Electronics USA won a slew of CES awards in the home appliance, home entertainment, and business solutions categories at the 2022 event. LG received almost 150 honors and praises from various publications covering the first-ever physical/virtual hybrid CES.
24 CES Innovation Awards and the 2022 CES Editor’s Choice awards from USA TODAY’s consumer product reviews subsidiary, Reviewed, were among the top distinctions received.
LG’s C2 series OLED TV, PuriCareTM AeroTower, DualUp Monitor, S95QR Soundbar, and FX Washer and Dryer were named the most-awarded brand by USA TODAY/Reviewed, based on four key criteria: innovation, technology, design, and value.
LG’s newest line of OLED TVs extended its CES dominance as one of, if not the most-awarded TVs at CES again this year, as a pioneer and global leader in OLED technology. For picture quality, performance, and new screen sizes, LG OLED TVs received top-tier accolades and honours. LG’s new 42-inch C2 OLED TV and 97-inch G2 OLED TV, both of which use LG’s OLED evo technology, were among the highly praised TV models honoured by industry-leading sites such as Business Insider, Mashable, and Gear Patrol. LG’s 42-inch C2 OLED TV was also featured in The Verge’s Best of CES Awards 2022, citing it as one of the staff’s favourite announcements.
LG’s PuriCareAeroTower was generally regarded as one of the most intriguing products of CES 2022 in terms of its home appliance offerings, receiving praises from prominent publications such as Best Products, Tom’s Guide, and Business Insider. Leading lifestyle journals such as Good Housekeeping and Veranda have also praised LG’s Washer and Dryer Pair, the company’s newest laundry solution that has LG’s upgraded Artificial Intelligence Direct Drive (AI DDTM).
