ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has announced its participation at GITEX Global 2023, scheduled to take place from October 16-20, 2023, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company is set to showcase its comprehensive suite of IT solutions, consisting of over 60 products, and demonstrate its expertise across various IT market segments, including IT operations management, IT service management, IT security, and advanced analytics at the region’s premier tech show.

In addition to its wide-ranging IT solutions, ManageEngine will unveil its latest offering, Identity360, a cloud-native identity platform designed to assist enterprises in tackling workforce identity and access management (IAM) challenges. With a growing focus on enabling workforce mobility without compromising security, managing identity complexities effectively and ensuring regulatory compliance while prioritizing a seamless user experience has become critical. ManageEngine aims to meet these workforce needs with the launch of Identity360.

Furthermore, the company will provide insights into the recently-enhanced ADManager Plus, its on-premise identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. This enhancement includes two new features: access certification and identity risk assessment, empowering organizations to bolster their compliance posture and align their security and business requirements more effectively.

The rise of large language models (LLMs) in the past year has underscored the increasing importance of AI technology. These expansive models exhibit emergent capabilities that distinguish them from their smaller counterparts. Enterprises are realizing that AI technology is not only a differentiator but can also become an integral part of their daily operations.

Rajesh Ganesan, President of ManageEngine, commented, “As Generative AI continues to evolve, it will strategically align consumer demands with enterprise objectives, potentially reshaping the business landscape, making it a compelling addition to any company’s technology stack. This year, GITEX Global places significant emphasis on AI as its primary theme, and we are eager to observe how the Middle East market will embrace the AI wave. Additionally, notable advancements are being witnessed in the domains of machine learning, cybersecurity, automation, and cloud computing. The possibilities within these fields appear to be continuously expanding.”

As companies increasingly rely on AI to streamline their operations, they must also contend with the heightened risk of cyberattacks without human intervention. It is noteworthy that cybersecurity professionals and researchers are leveraging AI to fortify defenses and develop more robust security measures. At the event, ManageEngine will focus on its key IT solutions and provide insights into how to address cyber threats in an AI-powered world.

Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, regional director at ManageEngine, emphasized the significance of the Middle East region as one of their most substantial markets globally.

“GITEX has proven to be an exceptional avenue for us to enhance our brand visibility to a broader audience and establish connections with our customers, partners, and prospects in the area. We are pleased to announce our participation in GITEX 2023, where we will be showcasing some of our recently launched products. This reaffirms our unwavering commitment to providing our customers with exceptional service and forging stronger relationships.”

ManageEngine will be located in Hall 7, booth C1, where senior executives and technology experts will engage with customers and partners, sharing global success stories and conducting live demonstrations to illustrate how the company’s solutions can help organizations achieve optimal outcomes and enhance their IT management strategy.
