In collaboration with 32 partners, Microsoft is demonstrating the latest AI solutions and services tailored to revolutionize critical industries in the region, spanning from government services to healthcare, education, and financial services. These offerings provide a cutting-edge platform for the development of customized innovative technologies to meet specific needs. Additionally, Microsoft representatives will be participating in workshops and discussions focused on the responsible use of these emerging technologies.
One of Microsoft’s notable demonstrations involves a partnership with Kagool to create the ‘Citizen Companion,’ an AI-powered interface. This interface seamlessly communicates with visitors in their native language and offers assistance with various government services, including license renewals, UAE Golden Visa applications, and payment of traffic fines. These personalized services are unlocked through residents’ Emirates IDs, streamlining processes, saving time, and enhancing governmental efficiency by handling administrative tasks that previously required multiple visits to government offices.
During the event, Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, expressed that GITEX Global serves as an essential platform for collaboration.
