Ilijana Vavan has joined Milestone Systems’ executive leadership team as the new chief revenue officer, effective February 1. Vavan’s key responsibilities include direct control of the company’s global go-to-market organisation, which includes channel planning, sales operations, partner sales, and digital sales, as well as global sales leadership and mentorship. Her base of operations will be in Munich, Germany.

He added, “Ilijana comes with vast experience as a senior industry professional with a strong background in sales strategy and leadership. I’m confident she will be a great asset to Milestone and will lead the go-to-market organization to the next level.”
Vavan has worked in top sales and management roles as well as technical responsibilities, and is an expert in commercial sales strategy. She comes to Milestone after working as a regional vice president at UiPath.
According to the company, she will take a hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day business at Milestone and will help the company scale its sales operation, achieve business excellence, and develop the channel business structure.
Milestone adds that Vavan has a solid reputation in the security and software industry for surpassing sales goals. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to join Milestone.
