Mimecast Limited has been designated a SoftwareReviews Champion in two categories: Secure Email Gateway -Enterprise and Data Archiving, for the year 2021. software reviews, a peer review platform, is a key source of enterprise software expertise and insight, as well as client-vendor interactions.
In their respective 2021 SoftwareReviews Reports, Mimecast Email Security with Targeted Threat Protection and Mimecast Cloud Archive were named Emotional Footprint Champions. SoftwareReviews uses a net promoter methodology to evaluate 27 components of the customer relationship for Emotional Footprint Reports. These ratings include specific inquiries about the vendor’s experience, resulting in a strong predictor of overall user opinion.

• The most recommended cloud archive and secure email gateway solutions were Mimecast Cloud Archive and Mimecast Email Security, which ranked first out of nine and first out of six competitors, respectively.
• Both Mimecast Cloud Archive and Email Security received high marks for satisfaction with business value delivered, scoring 85 percent and 84 percent, respectively.
• Mimecast Cloud Archive and Email Security received highmarks for satisfaction with business value delivered, scoring 85 percent and 84 percent, respectively.
• Mimecast Email Security is loved by 92 percent of users, with the solution leading the market in integrity and displaying benevolence, trustworthiness, and generosity with contract terms.
• All Mimecast Cloud Archive customers intend to renew their subscriptions.
• The organisation achieved high ratings in both categories for its investment in continuing to improve and assisting customers in taking steps to improve.
Mimecast Email Security with Targeted Threat Protection is designed to keep sophisticated attackers out by combining innovative applications and policies with multiple detection engines and intelligence feeds to protect organisations and employees from spear-phishing, ransomware, impersonation, and other targeted email attacks.
In the Secure Email Gateway – Enterprise Category Report, SoftwareReviews notes, “With a continued release of new capabilities, Mimecast ensures your environment stays ahead of new threats.” One such capability recently announced by Mimecast is the Cyber Graph functionality.
