The UAE Cybersecurity Council (CSC) signed partnerships with Huawei, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and advisory firm Deloitte to increase cloud adoption and knowledge sharing.

Dr. Mohammad Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity, UAE Government, said: “We are excited to be signing this agreement with Huawei in line with our mission of developing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and creating a safe and strong cyber infrastructure in the UAE. This will help promote cybersecurity innovation, drive development in cybersecurity capabilities, and nurture a strong cybersecurity ecosystem.

The MoU lays solid foundations for exchanging experiences, knowledge, and expertise in the sectors of culture, such as antiquities, heritage, arts, libraries, cultural and creative enterprises, and the study of each other's culture, language, literature, arts, and heritage. It also encourages library collaboration as well as involvement in cultural and artistic activities and events in both nations.

The MoU intends to foster joint initiatives in cultural domains between two countries, facilitate information and expertise exchange, and give technical assistance to help the cultural and creative industries grow. It will also strengthen relations between the two countries' artistic and cultural institutions, promote cultural and artistic exchanges, and encourage increased involvement in each other's cultural activities, festivals, and events.
