Zayed University (ZU) hosted officials of the Dubai government to explore the potential for collaboration on research in cutting-edge technologies related to the strategic priorities of the UAE and the 17 UN Global Goals.

With a joint effort between the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and the international technology company SAP, a group of 30 Emirati university graduates has successfully completed a rigorous selection process to enrol in a training programme that will position them for long-term career success in the quick-paced world of cloud computing.

The BSV Global Blockchain Convention opened its doors for the first time in the UAE and will remain there until May 26th, 2022, at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.

The experienced speakers gracing the centre stage are taking part in this transformation of making ties between financial services and blockchain + cryptocurrencies more significant.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the university by Dr. Salah Taher Al Haj, Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs, and by Ahmed Auda, Managing Director, Middle East, Turkey, and North Africa (METNA), VMware, to promote mutual collaboration in information technology, train students, and provide educational resources, as well as organise events, workshops, and seminars in the field.

At Expo 2020 Dubai, Canon demonstrated its commitment to empowering children and adolescents by offering equal education and learning opportunities by participating in a World Majlis-led discussion on exploring the entire scope of learning potential.

SAP provided an enlightening panel on "Yesterday's skills won't do tomorrow's jobs: Closing the Digital Skills Gap with Public-Private Partnerships," in accordance with company's vision of helping the world run better and enhancing people's lives.

Mohammad Abdullah said, “We’re proud to see how Amity University Dubai has grown over the decade it has been operating out of DIAC. Amity University Dubai offers programs, including Forensic Sciences, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, Solar and Alternate Energy. These degrees are reflective of the continuing development of the UAE economy, which will require graduates with an increasingly diverse set of skills.”
