Inaccurate address is a critical challenge in the Middle East that advanced technologies can help address. A report highlights that last-mile delivery failure rates range from 15% in the UAE to 40 per cent in Saudi Arabia leading to poor customer satisfaction and lost revenue. This means that more than USD 7.42 billion in e-commerce revenue in the Middle East could be affected by inaccurate addresses.

The announcement comes after the recent completion of the Fujairah Terminals expansion initiative, which included the installation of many infrastructural and service advancements and was officially launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi. The expansion works, which are part of a long-term AED 1 billion investment programme, have greatly improved the facility's capacity and capabilities.

This joint venture between two industry pioneers aims to realize Saudi Vision 2030 with the combined goal of promoting technological advancement , also placing Saudi Arabia on the world map in terms of technological advancement.
