Proven Solution has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Belarusian State Medical University (BSMU) to completely integrate immersive learning technology for medical students utilizing Virtual Reality (VR), as part of their ongoing commitment to innovation across industries.

Commenting on the announcement, Zaid Al Mashari Group CEO of Proven Arabia said, “Immersive learning reflects the emergence of new technologies that are shaping and enhancing learnings across the education sector. We realize that higher education is undergoing a massive transition where new technologies are being used to improve skills. At Proven Solution, we are excited to partner with Belarusian State Medical University to introduce interactive and immersive AR and VR lessons in the curriculum and continuously improve the students’ knowledge and provide them with newer ways of learning, with the help of VR technologies.”

“Belarusian State Medical University has always been committed to developing academic models that enhance student experience and outcomes. Our aim is to invest in reshaping the delivery of education so that our students are prepared for a more technologically advanced workplace. Our partnership with Proven Solutions helps strengthen our commitment and enables us to collectively reimagine the use of technology in introducing newer methods of learning,” said Eduard Docenko, Head of the propaedeutics department at BSMU.

Built on VR, this instructional application is part of Proven Solution’s healthcare platform, which includes a number of other applications. It was created to teach medical students about auscultation, which is the medical term for listening to the body’s internal sounds with a stethoscope. Students will be able to experience virtually simulated lab exercises and real-life patient scenarios with the use of this technology, enhancing their learning experience. Doctors will gain from the technology in the future since it will allow them to evaluate hearts and lungs in a virtual environment, complementing existing means of completing medical chores.

Virtual Reality trainings are designed to simulate a doctor’s office setting and are quite useful in guiding students through the examination procedure. Additionally, the technology provides students with various advantages over previous traditional approaches to medicine, particularly in the era of Covid-19, which has greatly reduced interactions with patients.

Virtual Reality has evolved as a potent technology that may give information a new edge and allow medical students to interact with and simulate real-life events while practicing operations and methods. Proven Solution and BSMU plan to include student feedback into new application planning to enhance and grow this cooperation. Future students will be able to conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnoses as a result of this.
