realme, a smartphone brand, announced the launch of its realme 10 series—a segment-first 120Hz curved display smartphone—on December 26th. The realme 10 series, embodying the brand spirit of “dare to leap,” makes the flagship-level 120Hz curved display more accessible while delivering cutting-edge technology and design.
The device is the latest in realme’s Number Series, the brand’s hero product line that has sold 50 million devices worldwide, assisting realme in becoming one of the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brands.
The realme 10 offers among the most powerful performance in its price range thanks to its MediaTek G99 chipset and the largest RAM up to 16G. The series provides uncompromised power and stunning display performance when combined with a 90Hz AMOLED display combo, 2,400 x 1,080-pixel resolution, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate, making it ideal for high-intensity activities such as video viewing and gaming while ensuring ultra-low power consumption. The series is complete with 12GB+8GB dynamic RAM, the largest in the segment, and pressure-free storage space of up to 256GB, to support its superior functionality. Finally, the realme 10 series includes a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth camera on the back, and a 16MP selfie shooter.
realme has been looking for ways to improve the user experience with leap-forward. realme invested heavily in R&D to position the new curved display as the segment-first flagship-level 120Hz curved display smartphone. The 120Hz curved display is the result of a $15 million USD R&D investment that includes three world-leading technologies. To offer not only segment-first technology, but also the flagship-level visual experience previously reserved for more expensive models.
