Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced a significant leadership change within its HPE Aruba Networking division. Sherifa Hady, a seasoned professional with a remarkable track record at HPE, has been appointed to lead the HPE Aruba Networking EMEA Sales team, officially taking up her role on September 1.
Sherifa Hady boasts an impressive 23-year journey within HPE, including three years of dedicated service with the HPE Aruba Networking team. In her new capacity as General Manager of EMEA Sales, she steps into this pivotal role from her previous position as the head of HPE Aruba Networking EMEA Channel business. Sherifa’s mandate includes driving business growth, motivating her team, and setting a clear vision for the sales force across the entire Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
With a rich background in the IT channel, Sherifa is a highly experienced leader with a versatile skill set encompassing sales, channel management, marketing, and business development. Her career has been marked by significant leadership roles in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Europe, including a noteworthy year as interim HPE Managing Director in South Africa.
Sherifa’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is also notable, having recently been appointed as the global HPE Aruba Networking DEI Ambassador. She is deeply passionate about mentorship and fostering the professional growth of her colleagues within the HPE organization.

Sherifa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo and has garnered numerous industry accolades throughout her distinguished career.
