Could you give us an introduction to your company and share what you’ll be presenting at Gitex this year?

 SolarWinds Database Solutions help keep our customers’ data available and scalable while pinpointing the root cause of performance issues.
 SolarWinds Service Desk, our cloud-based and AI-powered IT service management (ITSM) platform built to maximize productivity and accelerate resolution with lightning-fast time to value.

Are there any exciting product launches, upcoming partnerships, or significant milestones that attendees should be on the lookout for?

To facilitate deep and meaningful engagements with attendees, SolarWinds alongside its value-added distribution partners in the region – CyberKnight and Spire Solutions – will ensure the presence of top executives from its engineering, product, and sales teams. These subject matter experts will guide visitors through live product demos that will be set up at the company’s booth. In addition, SolarWinds Global Tech Evangelist, Sascha Giese will lead a Tech Talk on “Understanding alert fatigue.” Visitors to GITEX are encouraged to join this session which will take place on Tuesday, October 17 at 11:00am.

Could you tell us about your history of participation in Gitex and the advantages your company has gained from being involved in previous years?

Since 2018, SolarWinds has brought its technology to GITEX. As the leading exhibition and largest tech event in the region, participating in GITEX is the most efficient format to showcase solutions that are helping redefine the digital landscape in UAE and beyond.
