Acer unveiled the new Acer Chromebook Vero 514, the first Chromebook in the company’s line of eco-conscious Vero devices, which reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability by providing consumers and commercial customers with more options for reducing their environmental footprint. The new Acer Chromebook Vero 514 (CBV514-1H/T) has a thoughtful design that considers the entire product lifespan, as it is simple to upgrade, repair, disassemble, and recycle.
Acer has released the Acer Chromebook Tab 510 (D652N/D652NL), which features a durable and portable design as well as the performance to take Chrome OS on the go in a tablet form factor.
The Acer TravelMate Spin P4 (TMP414RNA-51) is a business-grade convertible laptop with Acer’s Antimicrobial 360 Design, which covers high-touch surfaces like the chassis, keyboard, and touchpad with a silver ion antimicrobial agent.
The Acer USB Type-C Dock D501 (ADK020) makes it easy to connect a Chrome OS computer to up to three additional monitors through DisplayPort and HDMI connections for customers who need more screens than single-one.
“The global semiconductor shortage and subsequent component supply constraints have extended lead time for some enterprise mobile PC models to as long as 120 days,” said Mikako Kitagawa, research director at Gartner.
