Lycée Louis Massignon (LLM), an Abu Dhabi-based bilingual school, has reinforced its security to keep students and staff safe online by implementing Fortinet Security Fabric, according to a Fortinet press release. LLM was looking for a secure solution that could be controlled centrally, eliminate operational costs, and provide unified visibility and control over the complete security and network.
According to the research, more than two-thirds (68%) of organisations in the region have had to postpone a digital transformation programme owing to cybersecurity concerns, with 65% saying that they had discontinued such an endeavour entirely.

Cyber-attacks have become something which the general public is increasingly aware of. However, a perception still exists, certainly, outside the IT industry, that cyber-attacks are just something that happen on the Internet. It’s difficult to relate to and equate the impact of cybercrime on its victims – whether it’s an individual or a company forced for ransom to restore systems.
The malware, known as ZLoader, is a banking trojan that steals cookies, passwords, and other sensitive information through browser injection. ZLoader ransomware was first identified by CISA in September 2021.
