For the second year in a row, KPMG in Kuwait observed Cyber Month to promote a world that is secure online. As part of KPMG’s commitment to assisting communities, the company’s CSR committee oversaw the implementation of the initiative, which aims to increase young people’s understanding of the value of cybersecurity and the impending online hazards.

Organizations in the UAE are outpacing their global counterparts in terms of achieving their digital transformation goals, including investments in IoT, Edge, 5G, and intelligent automation. According to the most recent KPMG UAE Tech Report 2022, the majority (93%) of UAE businesses plan to invest in the metaverse as a result of widespread technology adoption and customer demand.

KPMG Lower Gulf has signed an agreement with the UAE Cyber Security Council to raise cyber safety awareness among students across the country and assist in the creation of a safe and strong cyber infrastructure in the UAE.

OTO will represent Saudi Arabia in the global final, which will take place in November 2022 in Lisbon, Portugal, against the winning finalists from 22 other countries and jurisdictions.

The agreement also seeks to assist governments and businesses in protecting their data. KPMG and CPX will collaborate on new opportunities and mutually beneficial projects as part of their partnership.
