The new solar lights which were developed by Sunna Design, a France-based SME that won the Zayed Sustainability Prize in 2018 under the ‘Energy category’, are expected to positively impact the residents in various ways; allowing them to work, socialise and feel secure after dark – while protecting the progress being made in the global fight against climate change.
Following the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the two parties in February 2020, the investment by Mubadala was completed at the first closing of the fund on 26th May 2020. With a current investment capacity close to 4.2 billion euros this fund invests in French listed multinationals.
Patient safety is the highest priority across Mubadala Healthcare, with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Healthpoint, and Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) resuming their most sought-after medical services while staff and patients stringently follow all precautionary measures including mask wearing, physical distancing, and temperature scans.
