Despite the rise in cyber-attacks and the shifting demands and constraints placed on them, 95 percent of IT decision-makers say they are satisfied with their IT security provisions, with 25% indicating they are “very satisfied.” 86 percent also say that their organization’s IT security teams have “all the capabilities necessary” to deal with today’s difficulties.

Yann adds that as open-source intelligence (OSINT) is free and easy to access, most organizations uses it. But organizations must also consider the trust and reliability of sources. Yann explains in a classical hierarchy, highest level of trust comes from intelligence you generate and receive from your close network and peers, and OSINT information is placed at the lowest level.
