Tech Mahindra gets recognized by Gartner for IT services for CSPs

Tech Mahindra announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in Gartner ’s September 2020 Magic Quadrant for IT Services for Communication Service Providers, Worldwide. Tech Mahindra has been acknowledged as a leader in the analysis made with completeness of vision and ability to execute as the two axes of the Magic Quadrant.

Tech Mahindra is focused on investing in digital technologies to develop disruptive solutions and offer cost-efficient services to enhance customer experience. Strategic investments in the areas of network services, digital business support system (BSS), and customer experience has helped Tech Mahindra in advancing in the telecommunication industry. Additionally, the digital expertise across IT and networks, including intellectual property (IP), capabilities to deliver complex transformation while providing operational excellence combined with a strong ecosystem of partnerships has helped Tech Mahindra emerge as a service provider for digital business implementation and managed services.

This year, Gartner analyzed13 firms for their completeness of vision and the ability to execute, for this report, and classified these firms into Leaders, Visionaries, Challengers, and Niche Players. Fifteen different parameters were used as criteria for completeness of vision and ability to execute.
