Tenable Appoints Meg O’Leary as Chief Marketing Officer

In a strategic move, Tenable®, the Exposure Management company, has named Meg O’Leary as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reinforcing their commitment to cybersecurity excellence.

Meg O’Leary brings over twenty years of invaluable marketing and communications experience to her new role. She is widely recognized for her expertise in crafting compelling narratives that have fortified the brands of esteemed cybersecurity firms. Notably, she held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Cybereason, where she and her team positioned the company as a frontrunner in endpoint security. Her expertise was also leveraged as she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Capsule8, a pioneering entity in cloud workload protection, which later found itself under the umbrella of Sophos. O’Leary’s influential career includes co-founding InkHouse Marketing+Media, a prominent public relations agency, now part of Berlin-Rosen. Here, she provided strategic counsel for numerous company and product launches, initial public offerings (IPOs), and successful exits.

At Tenable, Meg O’Leary will spearhead the global marketing organization, charting a course to bolster brand awareness, refine messaging and positioning, orchestrate go-to-market strategies, and drive demand generation across the entire platform.
