Give us a brief overview of ICT Bluezone, and how have you established yourself as a prominent value-added reseller in the market in such a short span of time?

ICT Bluezone was established earlier this year. From a modest beginning within a span of one year, we have assimilated over 200 channel clientele in the UAE and have garnered varied IT channel resellers and system integrator customers across the GCC and Africa. Our success as a value-added reseller (VAR) trusted by prominent brands can be attributed to extensive use of business analytical tools, proper use of market intelligence, constant training and motivation of staff, building deep and healthy customer relationships across all our channels. We strive to differentiate with other similar entities in the region by building a sustainable IT ecosystem where all parties like vendors, channel resellers can grow together.

What are the areas of technology sector you are now targeting and what is the future roadmap of ICT Bluezone?

We are currently involved in gaming accessories, consumer series of products, video conferencing solutions, PC components & peripherals focusing on hundreds of brands and varied levels of  SKUs. Through TECHx Media, we are proud to announce our latest feather in the cap our foray into the mobile accessories segment targeting Independent Retailers (IR) with immediate 300 SKU on offer from prominent brands like Ugreen, Samsung, Lexar, Toshiba, etc., and our own labelled product in the mobility segment. Our roadmap involves turning ICT Bluezone into a globally known VAR. We are targeting to open in 35 locations across the MENA region by 2026.

How has the pandemic reshaped the ICT reseller market? What are the opportunities that have been created, and what are you doing to take advantage of those opportunities?

The pandemic has reshaped the entire ICT market significantly. It has created a continuous demand for consumer series of products like webcams, headsets, laptops, etc. as majority of the global workforce are still working from home. Major sectors of gaming accessories, PC components and video conferencing areas have shown 100 % growth in sales during the pandemic period. Manufacturers worldwide are still reeling under the shortage of critical components like IC chips, copper, plastic raw materials. We have invested significantly in strengthening our sourcing and supply chain of these crucial emerging sectors and have put in contingencies to ensure a seamless supply of products to cater to changing market demands.
