Cisco has unveiled a cutting-edge point of presence (PoP) for its Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center media services in the UAE. This strategic move underscores Cisco’s commitment to meeting the region’s increasing demand for advanced and secure cloud communication solutions.

With the new local PoP, Webex Calling will route voice and video traffic within the UAE, ensuring enhanced call quality, reliability, and reduced latency. For Webex Contact Center, the PoP offers a suite of cloud-based services, enabling organizations to deliver outstanding customer service experiences. The AI-powered platform seamlessly integrates with Cisco’s cloud calling solutions, providing an intuitive interface for both customers and service agents.
