The inaugural GITEX Africa will make its historic debut from 31 May-2 June 2023, welcoming more than 900 exhibitors, start-ups, and visiting delegations from 95 countries

Egypt's startup BONBELL, the first mobile App in the Food-tech industry specialized in food ordering, digital solutions for table and meal reservations, has raised $350,000 from a Canadian Angel investor to help further develop the App services and achieve a level of growth in terms of user count and daily orders.

"During Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, Foodtech solutions became indispensable, and launching businesses in the digital sector that adapt quickly with the forced change behavior of the masses could not be ignored," said CEO Lab Holding.

Launching first in key markets such as Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the vertically integrated, hybrid food-tech start-up is set to open four delivery kitchens in Riyadh within the first quarter of 2021.
