Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PJSC), has forged a strategic partnership with DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a prominent Fortune 500 global technology services provider.

Trend Micro Incorporated, a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, in partnership with Moro Hub, subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PJSC) hosted a threat hunt workshop at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, UAE, aimed at fortifying the nation’s digital infrastructure and raise awareness of cybersecurity. With 25 participants, the competition consisted of two separate phases: Phase 1: Attack and Phase 2: Defend.

AS will use Moro Hub's multiple cloud services on a single platform as part of the new partnership to increase the agility, scalability, and security of its data management solutions.

NetApp and Moro Hub hope to simplify, integrate, and unify the container platform as a service by leveraging NetApp's considerable experience with NAS and NFS protocols and the solution's robust integration in containers.

Moro Hub's Smart Cities Command and Control Centre provides services in Intelligent IoT Platforms, Cyber Security and Managed Services to support the Government and Enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Bin Sulaiman, CEO of Moro Hub and Ali Al Jassim, CEO of Etihad Energy Services (Etihad ESCO).

The visit aimed to discuss the opportunities of the joint cooperation between the two parties, where the municipality can enhance its capabilities by adopting more digital technologies to increase efforts in boosting its citizen happiness index, ensuring performance excellence and provide citizens and residents with the best place to live in.
