Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co. (AAW), a trading and commercial company in Kuwait, announced it has signed an agreement with SAP to implement a digital transformation initiative to support AWW’s 2,500 employees. AAW will be incorporating into its core human capital management SAP’s robust cloud-based technology spanning core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience management, and people analytics.
AAW and SAP have already successfully deployed SAP’s SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goals Management module on the cloud, and are currently in the process of deploying other modules, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning modules.
