BeyondTrust has released BeyondTrust Remote Support 21.3, which includes a new Microsoft Teams integration. Users may now connect directly with a support person via Teams and, if necessary, escalate to a fully audited remote screen sharing session without ever leaving Microsoft Teams. Additionally, new features enable direct connection with Azure Domain services for the discovery and rotation of credentials stored in Azure Active Directory (AD).
“Support teams need a simplified, seamless and intuitive interface for their end-users to gain access to the support they need,” said Tal Guest, Director of Product Management at BeyondTrust.
He added, “These key integrations with Microsoft will allow organizations to streamline their end user experience and better secure their enterprise environments.”
IT service desks are dealing with a more complicated support environment, which necessitates adaptable remote support choices that can scale, adapt, and continue to fulfill stringent security standards. Many businesses continue to rely on a mix of remote access technologies, including free tools, that are unable to scale across their entire organization and lack the security capabilities needed to safeguard against modern assaults. BeyondTrust Remote Maintain enables businesses to support a wide range of devices, including unattended systems and the Internet of Things, while improving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime and costs.
