Exclusive interview with Ranjith Kaippada, Managing Director, Cloud Box Technologies, to learn about the company’s participation in Gitex Global 2022.
TECHx: Which products and solutions will you be exhibiting this year at Gitex?
Ranjith: As a Titanium Partner of Dell, Cloud Box Technologies will be focusing on Dell EMC PowerStore Storage as well as the advanced Dell EMC VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure solution at the event.
There is also an emphasis on showcasing the company’s cybersecurity offerings which have been strengthened over the last year with best of breed global vendor partnerships. They will also highlight their inhouse infrastructure capabilities that enables them to provide customers with seamless services.
Cloud Box Technologies is looking at highlighting smart digital transformation for both the small and large enterprise and how the company is capable of addressing customers’ individual needs within allocated budgets. They will also feature some of their specialized capabilities of being a Systems Integrator who is equipped to tackle on-prem digitization, a strong NOC as well as how it is being pre-emptive in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service capabilities.
TECHx: What are you hoping to get out of the event?
Ranjith: Digitization is the buzzword and Cloud Box Technologies has been working with customers to enable them to realize these goals. The transformation that it brings into customer’s changing business environment stems from its Platinum partnership with Dell. Visitors to the Cloud Box Technologies stand at GITEX will get a glimpse on how they manage their customers’ digital transformation expectations. The company executives are keen to interact with all of the global and local vendors and understand their offerings. More importantly, Cloud Box Technologies is looking forward to the high level of targeted visibility they will gather at this event.
TECHx: What is the significance of Gitex for your Middle East presence?
Ranjith: The Middle East has been at the forefront with many governments paving the way for seamless services for both citizens and residents. This has encouraged several best of breed global vendors to strengthen their presence in the region. Additionally, it has also encouraged many local start-ups to work towards fulfilling the technology needs of the innovations and advancements that these countries are keen on implementing. As a Systems Integrator, this is an extremely fertile market for the company to be in. It has already made its mark by working with some of the most sought-after customers in the banking and finance, retail, healthcare sectors.
