Launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of both the Dubai Executive Council and the Board of Trustees at the Dubai Future Foundation, Dubai 10X, overseen by the DFF, aims to revolutionize government services and foster a paradigm shift among public sector personnel.
