EITC announces Ibrahim Nassir as new Chief Human Resources Officer

Ibrahim Nassir has been named as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) (CHRO). By joining EITC, Nassir will be in charge of the company’s HR management, operations, and strategies, all of which will contribute to the company’s overall business strategy and strategic direction.

His appointment as CHRO will also help EITC contribute to the government’s agenda and the company’s goals, such as building sustainable infrastructure and driving further digital transformation across the UAE and assisting all UAE nationals in their personal and professional development at EITC.

Based on his demonstrated experience and skill in this industry, EITC has picked Ibrahim Nassir as the standout candidate to assume the post. Nassir served as Chief Human Resource, Organizational Development, and Asset Management Officer at Etihad Airways before joining the business as CHRO. His prior expertise will enable him to contribute to the EITC’s Human Resources department’s leadership and achievement of its goals, including overseeing the formulation and implementation of existing strategies, plans, and programs to reach key strategic business objectives.

Nassir will also be in charge of ensuring that strategies, processes, and labour relations policies, practices, procedures, and services are developed and implemented effectively. He will manage and develop successful business relationships with all relevant internal and external departments and organizations, ensuring that strategies support the organization’s cultural values and that related plans correspond with short, medium, and long-term business goals and commitments.
