CommScope announced a strategic alliance with DvSum to launch a new AI-powered solution. The enhanced platform, ServAssure® NXT AI powered by DvSum, integrates advanced analytics with real-time network performance monitoring.

The solution combines CommScope’s ServAssure NXT with DvSum’s CADDI (Conversational Analytics for Data Driven Insights). CADDI is a self-service analytics tool designed for Call Center and Network Operations. Together, they offer advanced triage, proactive analytics, fault management, and network optimization capabilities.

According to Craig Coogan, CTO & VP, Product & Strategy, Access Network Solutions at CommScope, the alliance significantly improves the ServAssure NXT platform by enabling quicker issue resolution and enhancing customer experience.

DvSum’s CADDI seamlessly integrates with ServAssure NXT data sources to analyze subscriber and network information. This combination offers service providers deep insights into customer experience and network health.

Aashish Singhvi, CEO of DvSum, stated that the integration will help move toward a “zero-call, zero-fault” environment. The AI enhancements detect anomalies quickly and provide insights into key metrics, risks, and troubleshooting.

Existing users of ServAssure NXT can upgrade to the new AI-powered version. CommScope also offers it as a bundled option for new installations.
