Kissflow, an AI-powered low-code and no-code platform, has been recognized in the 2025 Gartner® Hype Cycle™ for Enterprise Process AI Agents Automation.

Gartner’s latest research provides insights into emerging technologies reshaping business operations through automation, AI, and citizen development. It revealed four innovation themes: orchestration and connectivity, agentic automation, citizen development, and process visibility.

Key highlights include:

  • By 2029, 80% of enterprises with mature automation will adopt consolidated platforms like business orchestration and automation (BOAT).
  • By 2027, 80% of automation platforms will feature AI-assisted development, reducing costs and boosting citizen development.

The report also noted that computer use for AI agents is set to transform legacy workflows. This technology allows AI agents to interact with digital interfaces like humans, even without API access. It opens automation opportunities in legacy and browser-based systems.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized once again, this time in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Enterprise Process Automation, 2025,” announced Dinesh Varadharajan, Chief Product Officer at Kissflow. He added that this recognition validates the company’s leadership in citizen development.

Kissflow stated its intuitive no-code platform, combined with AI-assisted application building, helps organizations scale quickly and adapt to changing business needs. The company reaffirmed its commitment to unifying low-code, no-code, and citizen development in a single platform driven by agentic AI.
