Launched in 2024, the program was designed to build technical expertise and business acumen while fostering innovation and global exposure. The initiative reflects e&’s commitment to shaping the UAE’s digital future by empowering Emirati talent.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in monthly developmental workshops that covered 5G architecture, data networks, cloud technology, and telecom APIs. The program culminated in a final workshop at Ericsson’s global headquarters.

During their visit to Stockholm, the Emirati participants:

  • Engaged with Ericsson researchers, executives, and designers
  • Explored demos of cutting-edge telecom technologies
  • Gained exposure to AI-driven networks and 5G innovations

Ericsson revealed that its long-standing regional presence has always emphasized local talent development. The company continues to invest in mentorship, training, and upskilling programs in collaboration with e&.

The Excelerate& program not only sharpened technical and leadership skills but also inspired participants to contribute to the UAE’s Centennial 2071 vision. The initiative strengthens the pipeline of Emirati leaders who will drive innovation and connectivity across global telecom sectors.
