Nutanix cloud computing, announced it has been recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Distributed Hybrid Infrastructure. This marks Nutanix’s third appearance in the Magic Quadrant and its second as a Leader.

Lee Caswell, SVP of Product & Solutions Marketing at Nutanix, said, “Our positioning in this year’s Gartner Magic Quadrant reflects our focus on innovation and customer success.”

The Nutanix Cloud Platform (NCP) enables organizations to run applications and manage data anywhere. It now supports Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and the public preview of Google Cloud. NCP also supports external storage, Kubernetes®, and AI deployment.

Organizations worldwide across financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, and retail are using NCP. California-based First Foundation Bank uses the platform to enable hybrid disaster recovery for its virtual desktop infrastructure. Adrian S. Darmawan, EVP and CTO at the bank, said, “The most valued feature of NCP is its scalability. More machines can be spun up quickly in case of a disaster.”

Darmawan added, “Our capex is lower since it is elastic, and we can turn on disaster recovery during tests or when needed. License portability allows us to manage compute and storage anywhere.”

Raif Abou Diab, Country Manager, South Gulf & Sub-Saharan Africa at Nutanix, said, “Gartner’s recognition highlights the trust our customers place in Nutanix. Enterprises across the MEA region are adopting hybrid multicloud strategies to enhance agility, resilience, and scalability.
