Pure Storage® (NYSE: PSTG), the IT pioneer in advanced data cloud storage technology and services, has announced new innovations in its Pure Storage platform. The company revealed deeper partner integrations that deliver significantly improved cyber resilience across enterprise environments.

This connected strategy aims to provide organizations with a unified defense to detect threats, protect against attacks, and recover data with confidence.

Pure Storage reported that traditional multi-vendor defense systems often leave data vulnerable, as they exclude the storage platform. Without native threat detection at the storage layer, organizations struggle to identify and stop attacks before they disrupt operations.

The updated Pure Storage platform now includes built-in threat detection and rapid recovery capabilities. It also integrates with an extensive partner ecosystem that combines best-of-breed cybersecurity and data protection solutions.

The announcement builds on the company’s introduction of the Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC), a new architectural approach to simplify data management. With the EDC, organizations can centrally manage a virtualized cloud of data across on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud environments, ensuring unified control and intelligent governance.

Charles Giancarlo, Chairman and CEO of Pure Storage, stated that the platform transforms global storage environments into an Enterprise Data Cloud that supports AI and data security strategies. He emphasized that effective data management and security are vital for business success.

To counter the growing ransomware threat, Pure Storage is extending its security network by sharing bidirectional threat signals with ecosystem partners. These detection capabilities integrate directly with existing tools and workflows.

Key integrations include:
CrowdStrike Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM Integration (GA Q3 FY26): Enables real-time visibility, automated response, and secure replication to prevent attacks on mission-critical data.
Superna Integration (Available Now): Provides file and user monitoring for threats such as data exfiltration or ransomware, instantly locking compromised accounts and enforcing policies automatically.

Pure Storage also announced new recovery capabilities to minimize downtime after cyber incidents:
Veeam Partnership (GA Q4 FY26): Offers Cyber Resilience as a Service with automation, clean data recovery, and reduced total cost of ownership.
Pure Protect Recovery Zones (GA Q1 FY27): Allows automatic provisioning of isolated recovery environments for safe data restoration without disrupting production systems.

The company noted that modern threats, from cyberattacks to natural disasters and human error, demand adaptable infrastructure. With built-in cyber resilience and its expanding Data Cloud ecosystem, Pure Storage aims to help enterprises protect and restore valuable data efficiently.
