Informatica (NYSE: INFA), an enterprise AI-powered cloud data management, has announced the latest innovations to its Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ (IDMC). The new capabilities aim to power the next generation of AI-driven enterprises by enhancing productivity, strengthening data security, and building trust in AI-powered decision-making.

Krish Vitaldevara, Chief Product Officer at Informatica, said the world is entering the era of agentic AI, where autonomous agents collaborate with humans to solve complex business challenges. He added that the company’s new capabilities empower organizations to connect trusted, AI-ready data with intelligent agents to innovate faster and operate smarter.

The latest release introduces CLAIRE® Agents, a significant advancement in autonomous data management. These AI-powered assistants, including Data Exploration Agents and Product Experience Agents, can now manage complex data tasks such as discovery, quality assurance, and pipeline creation using natural language commands.

The enhanced CLAIRE GPT further improves automation and natural language understanding, enabling users to design and optimize data workflows conversationally. In addition, the CLAIRE Copilot for Master Data Management (MDM) simplifies access to trusted data and provides context-aware insights within business applications.

To help enterprises build intelligent systems, Informatica has also introduced a new no-code framework. This allows teams to build, connect, and orchestrate customizable Informatica AI agents with built-in validation, observability, and governance. This helps scale AI initiatives faster while maintaining compliance and security.

Moreover, the AI Agent Hub (Private Preview) offers pre-built domain-specific agents and automation recipes that integrate with popular tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Snowflake.

The company also expanded its AI governance and privacy features, addressing the growing importance of responsible AI. Enterprises can now classify and catalogue unstructured data for GenAI use cases and ensure consistent policy enforcement across platforms such as Databricks, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.

Additional updates include the Agentic Product Information Management (PIM) for Product 360 (Private Preview), which simplifies product data management through conversational experiences. The MDM Extension for Agentforce connects Salesforce-native AI agents with governed master data, enabling context-rich insights directly within customer engagement workflows.

All these new capabilities are now available within Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), supporting enterprises in harnessing the full potential of agentic AI with trusted, secure, and governed data.
