Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), a global cybersecurity solutions, announced it has been named a Recommended vendor in the NSS Labs 2025 Enterprise Firewall Comparative Report. The company achieved the highest security effectiveness score of 99.59%, including 99.91% exploit coverage and complete protection from evasion strategies.

NSS Labs recognized Check Point’s leadership in prevention-first security as AI continues to redefine cyber threats. The enterprise firewall outperformed all competitors in security effectiveness, reliability, and stability.

Vikram Phatak, CEO of NSS Labs, reported, “Check Point has maintained an extraordinary level of consistency in their security effectiveness over the years. Their network security firewall should be on every buyer’s short list.”

The NSS Labs evaluation tested vendors against real-world attack techniques and enterprise workloads. With cyber attacks up 44% year-over-year, Check Point’s results highlight the growing need for prevention-first security.

• 99.59% overall security effectiveness, highest in the industry

NSS Labs also referenced CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerability (KEV) tracking, showing Check Point had only one vulnerability compared to 10–23 times more for other leading vendors. This ensures higher product integrity and reduces enterprise security risk.

Check Point’s recognition adds to its growing list of third-party validations. In the 2025 Miercom Enterprise and Hybrid Mesh Firewall Security Report, the company was also named the top provider, confirming its commitment to best-in-class cybersecurity.
