Endava has announced the launch of Dava.Rise, a new programme designed to connect high-potential scale-ups with global enterprises seeking to accelerate innovation. The company reported that the initiative combines its AI-native approach with deep industry expertise to drive business transformation.

The programme aims to bridge the gap between enterprise demand for rapid innovation and the solutions emerging from the growing scale-up ecosystem. Endava revealed that Dava.Rise will use its international network to identify enterprise challenges and match them with pioneering scale-ups.

John Cotterell, CEO of Endava, said enterprises want to innovate quickly while scale-ups seek structure to grow. He reported that Dava.Rise brings these needs together by pairing creativity with enterprise-grade delivery. He added that the initiative will help turn transformative ideas into scalable solutions.

Endava confirmed that Dava.Rise will assess each participating scale-up’s product-market fit. It will demonstrate the value and scalability of proof-of-concept frameworks and accelerate commercial pathways. The programme will also offer go-to-market support, sales guidance, and customer engagement strategies. In addition, scale-ups will gain access to mentorships, industry-led workshops, and technical support to meet enterprise-grade standards.

Enterprises will gain a reliable route to adopting emerging technologies. Endava reported that partners will also access a pipeline of enterprise-ready scale-ups. The programme is designed to foster collaboration between investors, ventures, and industry leaders.

Erin Platts, CEO of Octopus Ventures & Octopus Investments, said Dava.Rise connects founder creativity with the scale of global organisations. She noted that the goal is to convert innovation into measurable business outcomes.

Dame Alison Rose, co-chair of Endava’s Global Advisory Board, said the UK innovation ecosystem needs programmes like Dava.Rise. She highlighted that it helps ideas grow into commercial success stories.

Launched in London during Global Entrepreneurship Week, the first Dava.Rise cohort will focus on the UK market. Endava announced plans to expand the programme globally and introduce industry-specific cohorts by 2026.

Key sectors expected to be included in future stages are:
• Finance
• Insurance
• Automotive
• Travel
• Healthcare
Government
• Media

The company stated that Dava.Rise will continue to evolve as enterprises seek new tech solutions to support innovation and growth.
