Qualys announced a new cybersecurity partnership with Security Matterz after selecting the company to join its invite-only managed Risk Operations Center (mROC) Partner Alliance. Qualys reported that Security Matterz is now the first mROC partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The move marks a key milestone in expanding the Qualys ROC ecosystem and supports national digital transformation efforts under Saudi Vision 2030.

The partnership will provide Qualys-powered managed risk services that enhance visibility, risk prioritization, and response across key sectors. Qualys revealed that the collaboration will help organizations address fragmented tools, reactive security postures, and limited visibility. As a result, Saudi enterprises are expected to strengthen cybersecurity operations and adopt a more proactive, business-aligned approach.

The mROC model is built on the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Management Platform. It consolidates risk signals across an organization’s entire digital footprint and enables CTEM, cyber risk quantification, and automated remediation. This approach supports measurable outcomes, stronger compliance readiness, and long-term resilience.

Key improvements expected from the partnership include:
• Better visibility across expanding cybersecurity environments
• Faster prioritization and automated response to emerging threats
• Stronger alignment with national digital transformation initiatives

Abdulrahman Alsanie, chief operations officer of Security Matterz, said the partnership reinforces a shared commitment to innovation and resilience. He noted that the collaboration represents a new chapter for cybersecurity in Saudi Arabia by helping organizations stay ahead of evolving threats and secure digital growth.

Hadi Jaafarawi, regional vice president for the Middle East and Africa at Qualys, reported that the company is pleased to welcome Security Matterz as the first mROC partner in the Kingdom. He added that their local expertise aligns with Qualys’ goal of making cybersecurity management scalable, measurable, and actionable for businesses across the region.
