FiLLi Cafe, a UAE-based tea brand, has announced it is using Oracle NetSuite to support its expanding global operations. The company reported that the AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is helping automate financial processes, optimise inventory, and improve decision-making as it scales to 114 locations.

Founded in 2004 as a single café in Dubai, FiLLi Cafe has revealed that it now operates in 13 countries. These include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Qatar, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Seychelles, and Australia. However, as expansion accelerated, legacy systems struggled to manage complex multi-country operations. As a result, the company consolidated its systems and selected NetSuite’s ERP platform to build a scalable global foundation.

According to Ahmed Hasanain, Head of Information Technology at FiLLi Cafe, the brand’s rapid growth created operational challenges. He stated that NetSuite has centralised financial processes, automated workflows, and delivered real-time operational visibility. Consequently, this has supported collaboration with franchisees while maintaining consistent customer experience across markets.

With Oracle NetSuite, FiLLi Cafe has reported improvements across several operational areas, including:

  • Automated accounts payable and receivable processes, enabling faster month-end close and improved cash flow
  • Streamlined tax, reporting, and currency management across international subsidiaries using NetSuite OneWorld
  • Optimised inventory levels through NetSuite Inventory Management, reducing waste and ensuring availability

Meanwhile, Nicky Tozer, Senior Vice President for EMEA at Oracle NetSuite, said the company’s growth reflects a strong focus on quality and innovation in the restaurant and hospitality sector. She added that NetSuite has enabled FiLLi Cafe to streamline operations, gain business insights, and scale efficiently into new markets.

The adoption of Oracle NetSuite highlights a growing trend among hospitality brands using cloud-based ERP platforms to manage global expansion and increasingly complex operations.
