Oracle NetSuite announced the launch of NetSuite Next for the UAE market, revealing a new phase of AI-powered cloud ERP designed to simplify complex and repetitive business tasks. Oracle NetSuite said the platform embeds practical AI capabilities to help organisations achieve faster and more confident outcomes.

According to Oracle NetSuite, NetSuite Next integrates conversational intelligence, agentic workflows, and natural language search. As a result, businesses can interact with data more intuitively while maintaining control through existing roles, permissions, and policies.

Nicky Tozer, Senior Vice President for EMEA at Oracle NetSuite, reported that NetSuite Next is designed to transform how AI is used in business operations across the UAE. She stated that the solution delivers actionable insights grounded in customer data and governed by built-in controls, enabling immediate value.

At the core of the experience is Ask Oracle, a natural language assistant. It allows users to search, navigate, analyse, and act across the entire NetSuite dataset using their own words. In addition, it provides context-aware answers, visualisations, interactive content, and reasoning that explains outcomes.

Moreover, Ask Oracle works across customisations and extensions built on the SuiteCloud Platform. This includes partner applications from the SuiteCloud Developer Network, ensuring seamless access to insights across the suite.

Customers can switch to NetSuite Next with the press of a button. Therefore, no migration or disruption to existing customisations is required. The platform is powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and combines a unified data model with explainable and auditable AI, supported by the Redwood Design System.

Oracle NetSuite reported that this foundation helps identify risks and opportunities early. It also understands individual user context and supports both repetitive and complex tasks while keeping users in control.

Key capabilities revealed in NetSuite Next include:

  • AI Canvas, a collaborative workspace that helps teams analyse data, brainstorm solutions, and trigger agentic workflows from a visual environment
  • Narrative summaries and insights that automatically surface trends and correlations across records and reports

In addition, Oracle NetSuite introduced new innovations across the suite to help UAE customers automate processes, support governance, and improve efficiency.

Oracle NetSuite announced the AI Connector Service, which allows organisations to connect external AI models securely using open standards such as the Model Context Protocol. The company also revealed NetSuite Exception Management, designed to detect and manage financial and operational exceptions more efficiently.

Furthermore, NetSuite E-Invoicing was reported as available to support compliance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority’s mandated e-invoicing framework. This includes the pilot phase launching on July 1, 2026, and the wider mandate expected on January 1, 2027.

Oracle NetSuite also introduced NetSuite Subscription Metrics, providing subscription-based businesses with a unified view of financial and operational performance, supported by AI-driven insights.

Oracle NetSuite confirmed that NetSuite Next will be available in English to customers in the UAE within the next 12 months. The AI Connector Service, Exception Management, Subscription Metrics, and E-Invoicing solutions are available to UAE customers now.
