Endava, the technology-driven business transformation group, has announced the go-live of a multi-year Managed Services partnership with RX, a leading global event organizer. The deal provides end-to-end IT support across service desk, infrastructure, field services, and applications management. It aims to ensure smooth global event operations, where downtime can affect attendee experience.

RX operates more than 350 events annually across 25 markets. Therefore, reliable and scalable IT operations are essential. The partnership supports RX’s technology transformation journey. It stabilizes core services and introduces an operating model focused on efficiency, automation, and resilience.

Since going live in December, Endava has achieved measurable improvements across RX’s IT estate. Within weeks, 97% of service desk calls were answered within 60 seconds, managing over 5,800 tickets per month internationally. End-user satisfaction reached 9.5/10. These results increased confidence in the consistency and performance of RX’s IT services.

Endava and RX have also implemented strong governance foundations. Structured service reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews ensure transparency, accountability, and a framework for continuous improvement.
