John Zhuang, Vice President of Huawei Software, said the company brings strong expertise in the BSS domain, especially in telecom rating and billing. He added that Huawei supports more than 2.5 billion subscribers worldwide and has delivered over 200 online charging system and billing projects globally. He also highlighted that AI is reshaping the telecom sector, positioning intelligent charging and billing as a core pillar for digital transformation.

Marwan Aldaamseh, Huawei Saudi Zain Account General Manager, said the companies share a nearly 20 year partnership. He noted that the collaboration has consistently delivered large scale communications technology projects. He added that Huawei is expanding into the IT domain with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
