Logitech has unveiled Rally Bar 2 as part of the largest enterprise product launch in company history. The launch is engineered to equip companies for the AI revolution.

The new portfolio is headlined by a video bar, a modular conferencing system and a new audio technology called Sound Shape. Together, they bring advanced compute, intelligence and sensing into more workspaces. The aim is to support the next decade of intelligent collaboration.

A Dual Mandate for IT Teams

Henry Levak, general manager of Team Workspace Solutions at Logitech, described the thinking behind the launch. “This second generation of smart video collaboration devices is Logitech’s answer to a new, dual mandate for IT: Deliver exceptional meeting experiences today while preparing for an AI-powered tomorrow,” he said.

Murad Ali, Head of Middle East & Central Asia, Logitech for Business, spoke about the regional context. “AI-powered workspaces will be most valuable when they make collaboration feel effortless and fit the way organizations actually work,” he said.

He added that teams in the Middle East often collaborate across cities, countries and cultures. “The next generation of intelligent meeting rooms can help every voice be heard, every space work harder, and every meeting feel more connected,” he said. “Logitech’s new portfolio is an important step toward that future.”

Video Bar Upgrades for Medium to Large Rooms

Rally Bar 2 is the successor to the original Rally Bar. It now runs on a Qualcomm chipset. According to Logitech, this offers four times more edge AI processing power than various other video bars on the market.

The hardware has also changed. A custom-designed lens and a 1-inch sensor deliver greater visual clarity. Meanwhile, AI-powered Right Sound 3 brings studio-quality audio to meeting rooms.

Embedded sensors add workplace automation. They book meetings when people walk in. They also provide occupancy data to help leaders make informed decisions about real estate.

Installation is simple. One person can set up the device in just minutes. It is housed in an aluminum unibody for easier recycling.

The device is certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet. It is also built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). As a result, it combines Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security standards with Logitech’s room intelligence and meeting experiences.

Rally System 2 Pro for Large and Complex Spaces

Large, multi-purpose rooms are a chronic pain point for IT. These spaces may make up only a fraction of a building. However, they often consume most of the IT effort.

Logitech Rally System 2 Pro is designed to address this. It is a modular solution that simplifies multi-vendor setups in complex and divisible rooms. In turn, Logitech positions itself as a one-stop shop for all spaces, from small to extra-large rooms.

Sound Shape Audio Technology

Executive boardrooms and training rooms have historically been tricky to outfit with audio. To tackle this, Logitech has introduced Sound Shape audio technology. It is built into the Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max.

Sound Shape uses focused acoustic beams. These direct sound toward listeners throughout the room. The result is evenly distributed sound across a 20-meter (about 65 feet) space.

Until now, this was only partially achieved by costly and complex ceiling speaker array installations.

Next-Generation Product Highlights

Rally Bar 2: A video bar for medium to large rooms. It offers next-generation processing power, a 4-speaker system, 6 beamforming mics, occupancy detection and environmental sensing.

Rally System 2 Pro: A modular video conferencing system for large, complex and divisible rooms. It includes:

  • RoomMate 2 Pro: A Qualcomm-powered compute box. It runs up to three 4K displays, multiple cameras, speakers and mic pods across Android, PC or BYOD setups.
  • Rally AI Camera Pro: A dual-camera device. It combines a wide-angle 1-inch sensor with Logitech’s optical PTZ camera design.
  • Rally Speaker 2: A linear, 7-driver beaming networked speaker. It delivers the same volume and intelligibility in the back of the room as in the front.
  • Logitech Link: Native AV-over-IP technology that links Logitech devices using simple Category cables. It needs no external extender and no PoE injectors.
  • Right Sight 3: Multi-camera tracking that uses multiple wall-mounted or center-of-table cameras and angles. It automatically captures the best view of the room.

Rally Speaker 2 Pro: A soundbar with 32 micro-drivers. It distributes sound evenly throughout large rooms using Sound Shape.

Rally Speaker 2 Max: A soundbar with 64 micro-drivers. It distributes sound evenly throughout extra-large 20-meter (65-foot) rooms using Sound Shape.

Also New: Room Control and Scheduling

Logitech has also announced two additional products:

  • Tap IP 2: A brighter, smarter, network-connected meeting room touch controller.
  • Tap Scheduler 2: A room scheduling panel with a brighter, higher-resolution display, upgraded compute and a built-in motion sensor.
