Oracle partner investment will total $1 billion over the next four years, as Oracle seeks to help partners respond to customer demand for AI-powered solutions and services.

The commitment is intended to expand opportunities for partners to develop solutions, build specialized expertise, and provide technology and services for business transformation. It includes new and expanded Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) benefits and incentives.

Planned support covers training and certification, technical enablement, development and testing environments, cloud migration funding, go-to-market collaboration, and commercialization through Oracle Marketplace. Oracle also outlined expanded Marketplace opportunities for partners.

Oracle’s partner ecosystem includes systems integrators, independent software vendors, cloud and managed service providers, distributors, resellers, advisory firms, and other partners. Across Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and related AI services, partners develop complementary solutions and provide advisory, implementation, and managed services.

“Our partners extend our sales reach, expand our delivery capacity, and bring their own innovation and investment to help customers address evolving business needs,” said Mark Hura, president of Oracle Global Field Operations. He said the Oracle PartnerNetwork is intended to help Oracle reach more customers, deliver solutions at scale, and accelerate innovation and business outcomes.

The expanded OPN support focuses on four areas. Partners can use development and testing environments, technical guidance, and integration validation to build applications, integrations, accelerators, and AI agents. They can also combine their industry expertise and intellectual property with Oracle technology.

Sales and marketing collaboration, demonstration environments, and eligible funding and incentives are intended to help partners present their solutions and pursue opportunities. Training, certifications, expertise recognition, and Oracle Marketplace can support the commercialization of their offerings.

For customer engagements, Oracle plans to provide training, migration resources, advisory services, and tools for application implementation, database modernization, integration, and cloud services. Resources such as Oracle AI Success Navigator can also help partners support customers after deployment, including with adoption, optimization, and ongoing innovation.

“Our partners have different business models, capabilities, and growth ambitions, and our investment is designed to support that diversity,” said Leah Yomtovian, senior vice president, Partner, Sales, and Operations Strategy, Oracle. She said greater choice and flexibility in how partners build, sell, and deliver with Oracle can support partner growth while bringing customers more innovation, specialized expertise, and value.

Oracle cited several examples of partner work involving its applications and AI capabilities. These include Oracle’s introduction of Fusion Claw, Accenture Edge’s work with Combe, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s use of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Beca’s finance transformation, and Leah’s partnership with Oracle and PwC.
