Zain KSA and Dell Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to drive cloud transformation in Saudi Arabia. The partnership will position Zain as a leading provider of cloud solutions, offering businesses seamless access to innovative cloud services. The agreement was signed at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh by Fahad Alsahmah, Chief Business Officer at Zain KSA, and Mohamed Talaat, Vice President for Saudi Arabia and Egypt at Dell Technologies.

Under the MoU, Zain KSA will leverage Dell Technologies’ expertise to provide Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) models. The collaboration will introduce an open cloud architecture, enabling businesses to benefit from greater flexibility, automation, and a seamless user experience. The advanced cloud platform will streamline onboarding, access, and invoicing, making cloud management easier for enterprises of all sizes.

Fahad Alsahmah, Chief Business Officer at Zain KSA, highlighted the importance of the collaboration, stating that Dell’s technical expertise will enable Zain to create a unified cloud marketplace, helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation. Mohamed Talaat, Vice President for Saudi Arabia and Egypt at Dell Technologies, emphasized Dell’s commitment to providing Zain with a cutting-edge cloud framework to support the growing demand for automated cloud services in Saudi Arabia.
