Kingston Digital Europe Co LLP, a division of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., has unveiled its latest data center SSD, the DC3000ME PCIe 5.0 NVMe U.2, designed for high-performance server applications. This enterprise-class SSD uses a PCIe 5.0 NVMe interface and 3D eTLC NAND, providing backward compatibility with PCIe 4.0 servers and backplanes.

The DC3000ME is perfect for applications such as AI, HPC, OLTP, cloud services, and edge computing. It ensures low latency and consistent I/O performance, meeting strict QoS requirements. To protect against sudden power loss, the SSD includes on-board power loss protection and AES 256-bit encryption, securing sensitive data.

“DC3000ME was built to provide leading-edge performance and predictable I/O for system integrators, hyperscale data centers, and cloud providers using both Gen4 and Gen5 NVMe servers,” said Tony Hollingsbee, SSD Business Manager at Kingston EMEA.

Available in 3.84TB, 7.68TB, and 15.36TB capacities, the DC3000ME is backed by a five-year warranty and free technical support. Kingston’s reputation for reliability ensures this SSD is a trusted solution for enterprise environments.

The DC3000ME features enterprise PCIe 5.0 performance, offering up to 14,000MB/s read speeds and 2.8 million read IOPS. It also provides a secure storage solution with AES 256-bit hardware encryption and power-loss protection. The drive is designed to handle heavy workloads, providing optimal performance and efficiency. With a MTBF of 2 million hours, it is a reliable choice for mission-critical applications.
