ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation and a provider of enterprise IT management solutions, announced the appointment of Sujoy Banerjee as regional business director for the UAE.

In this role, Banerjee will lead ManageEngine’s channel sales and business development efforts in the country. The company reported that he will focus on addressing the end-to-end IT management needs of enterprises in the UAE.

The announcement aligns with ManageEngine’s ongoing expansion strategy in the region. The company revealed plans to strengthen its customer and partner engagement through increased local presence and support.

ManageEngine also reported 50 percent growth in its cloud product portfolio in fiscal year 2024. This growth reflects the UAE’s continued shift toward cloud-based services and digital infrastructure.

According to Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, regional vice president at ManageEngine, the UAE is the company’s second largest market in the Middle East. He said Banerjee’s elevation is part of its long-term plan to deepen market presence and improve local engagement.

Banerjee has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Most of that has been with ManageEngine, where he has held multiple leadership positions, including associate director for sales and channel business.

In his new role, Banerjee will focus on several key areas:

• Supporting channel partners with training and resources
• Growing the sales team and hiring local talent
• Strengthening the partner ecosystem
• Delivering solutions tailored to local market needs

ManageEngine stated that Banerjee will work closely with both customers and partners to improve delivery of IT services and ensure responsive support.

Banerjee said he is looking forward to collaborating with teams and partners in the UAE. He noted that the country is a center for digital transformation and emphasized the company’s commitment to meeting evolving enterprise IT requirements in the region.
