• Silicon Valley leads AI job growth with 156%, followed by London and Toronto.

Francine Katsoudas, Chief People, Policy & Purpose Officer at Cisco, said people remain at the center of AI transformation. She added that combining technical expertise with human skills like collaboration and leadership will shape the future.

The Consortium revealed its plan to upskill and reskill 95 million people worldwide over the next decade. New resources include an AI Workforce Playbook with real-world use cases, a database of 200+ curated courses, and an AI Skills Glossary to standardize skills across industries.

Accenture, Cornerstone, Eightfold AI, Google, IBM, Indeed, Intel, and SAP expressed support for the initiative. Leaders from these companies emphasized the need for responsible AI adoption, ethical practices, and developing a workforce ready for future challenges.
