Axis Communications, a security and network surveillance technologies company, is set to exhibit at Intersec Dubai 2025, taking place from January 14-16, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company will showcase its latest product innovations, offer live demonstrations, and engage with industry leaders from across the safety and security sectors. Axis aims to highlight its commitment to intelligent technologies that are transforming the security landscape.

Ettiene Van Der Watt, Regional Director for the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa at Axis Communications, stated, “The security industry is rapidly evolving, and intelligent technologies are key to shaping the future. With our reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation, we look forward to demonstrating the power of Axis solutions to industry leaders and decision-makers.”

Axis will focus on its vision of an AI-enabled future, showcasing AI-enhanced cameras designed to detect and respond to specific events, as well as sensors that improve business processes like quality control and predictive maintenance. Additionally, the company will feature cybersecurity solutions powered by advanced threat detection and mitigation, along with data analytics to optimize security operations. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience hands-on demonstrations of Axis’s AI-driven applications and solutions.

One of the key highlights at Axis’s stand will be ARTPEC-9, the latest generation of the company’s system-on-chip (SoC), which offers incredibly low bitrate, high-quality imaging, and next-generation AI analytics. ARTPEC-9 also supports the AV1 video encoding standard, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of devices. When combined with Axis Zipstream technology, ARTPEC-9 optimizes network bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining critical forensic details, making it a powerful tool for both on-premises and cloud-based video management.

In addition to showcasing its AI-powered solutions, Axis will display a range of other innovative products, including a 41 MP, 8K camera equipped with electronic image stabilization for city and sports stadium surveillance, Axis Cloud Connect for secure, remote video surveillance management, and body-worn solutions for documenting events and gathering evidence. Visitors will also see radar technology that reduces false alarms by capturing crucial data that traditional cameras cannot detect, as well as radar/video fusion products that enhance performance by integrating the strengths of both technologies.

Axis will also present solutions for critical infrastructure protection, using a combination of visual and thermal cameras, radar, access control, and analytics to combat risks like intrusion and interruption. The company’s network audio solutions will demonstrate how IP-based audio can help deter intruders, deliver emergency instructions, and broadcast general announcements. Furthermore, Axis will highlight its Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach, enabling users to manage the costs of security camera systems over their entire lifecycle.

As part of its commitment to cybersecurity, Axis will showcase built-in features designed to safeguard systems against digital threats, while also emphasizing its efforts to make sustainability a core element of its product offerings and operations.

Axis is proud to be a session sponsor of the Intersec Security Leaders Summit, where Andrea Monteleone, Segment Development Manager for EMEA at Axis, will present on advancing global critical communication for a safer, more connected world.

Van Der Watt added, “Our participation at Intersec Dubai is crucial to engaging with current customers and partners, exploring new strategic collaborations, and advancing our shared vision of a smarter, safer, and more secure world.”

Axis will also collaborate with key co-exhibitors and technology partners, including Araani, a leader in video fire recognition technology, Genetec, a global provider of video management, access control, and cybersecurity solutions, Milestone Systems, an expert in open-platform video management systems, FF Group, innovators in AI-powered vehicle recognition and traffic management, PowerStack, providers of remote power generation and smart technology solutions, DataFromSky, specialists in smart city solutions for traffic and parking management, and CamStreamer, a cutting-edge software solution for live streaming and video analytics directly from Axis cameras.

Axis Communications’ presence at Intersec Dubai 2025 will provide security professionals with the opportunity to explore the latest advancements in security technology and discuss the future of the industry.
