Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), a global cybersecurity, announced a major milestone in its partnership with Wiz. The collaboration now features a fully integrated solution uniting Check Point’s prevention-first Cloud Security with Wiz’s Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).

First announced in February 2025, this new phase brings the integration to general availability. Enterprises can now address modern cloud security challenges with visibility, precision, and AI-powered prevention.

Paul Barbosa, VP of Cloud Security at Check Point, said the collaboration “sets a new benchmark for unified cloud security. Together with Wiz, we deliver a prevention-first model securing organizations from code to cloud with real-time visibility and risk-aware remediation.”

As enterprise networks become more hyperconnected and distributed, the attack surface grows, making cloud security increasingly complex. To tackle these challenges, Check Point and Wiz introduced an integrated cloud-native solution.

Oron Noah, VP of Product Extensibility and Partnerships at Wiz, said, “This capability gives customers visibility into CloudGuard gateway configurations directly in the Wiz platform. By integrating third-party firewall policies into our risk assessment tools, teams can understand exposure and act faster.”

The partnership offers several benefits for organizations:

• Shift from remediation to prevention, stopping threats before damage occurs.
• Enhance visibility and accelerate response, reducing time and resources for remediation.
• Protect against zero-day attacks with AI-powered threat prevention.
• Reduce configuration risks by identifying and resolving gateway-level issues.

Additionally, Wiz’s integration into Check Point Infinity Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) allows automated remediation flows. Wiz alerts can now trigger actions on CloudGuard gateways, cutting exposure times from hours to minutes.

Independent testing by CyberRatings.org confirmed Check Point’s efficacy with a 100% block rate and zero false positives. The Check Point Infinity Platform also achieved a 99.9% block rate against Zero+1 day malware and 99.7% prevention for phishing, as validated by Miercom’s 2025 benchmark report.
